New Braunfels' 78130: America's Hottest Moving Destination

New Braunfels’ 78130 ZIP code now ranks as the leading destination for movers nationwide, recording 281 relocations in March and outpacing every other U.S. ZIP code.

Texas remains a relocation hotspot, with five of the nation’s top ten ZIP codes for moving situated in the state.

Cities like Cypress, Leander, Pflugerville, and Forney are also drawing considerable attention, but New Braunfels stands out thanks to its unique blend of accessibility and local character.

Positioned between San Antonio and Austin along the I-35 corridor, the city offers nearly 96,000 residents both urban convenience and small-town appeal.

Housing remains relatively affordable, with an average home value of $307,345 and rent well below the national average, at $1,562 per month.

Continued competitive market conditions and steady demand emphasize why New Braunfels is an increasingly popular choice for families and individuals seeking opportunity and value in Central Texas.
